1. What exactly is Privacy Matters IdentitySM?

Privacy Matters Identity is a comprehensive membership program designed to help you safeguard your identity and recover from identity theft if you ever become a victim. It provides you with unlimited access to your Identity Theft Report, daily identity monitoring email alerts of critical changes to your report, and identity theft restoration services.

To access your Privacy Matters Identity account information, go to www.privacymattersidentity.com.  You'll need your membership ID number.  If you don't have your membership ID number, go to www.privacymattersidentity.com, and we'll help you retrieve it.

2. What is the phrase MVQ*PMIDENTITY that appears on my credit or debit card statement?

MVQ*PMIDENTITY is the billing descriptor for the Privacy Matters Identity program that you joined.  It means that a membership charge for the program has been billed to your credit or debit card account.

3. How did I become a member?

6. How do I find out what my membership ID number is?
